On the rocky island of Bornholm, the "Pearl of the Baltic", German brewer Jan Paul has found a home at Svaneke Bryghus. He has brought the brewing traditions of his own country together with those of Denmark, creating beers that are idiosyncratic yet timeless. Svaneke also produces a range of organic soft drinks, packed with fruit flavor, dry, and refreshing.

Notes: It smells of malted milk, toffee, butterscotch, vanilla, figs, and chocolate chip cookies. I tastes of espresso, dark chocolate, grapefruit, and caramel. It is sweet but well-bittered with burnt grain and hops. It is exquisite!
